Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing
We turn customer behaviour into email and SMS journeys that have a reason to exist. Strategy, segmentation, creative, flows and ongoing optimisation, connected to Shopify and the commercial calendar. More relevant messages. A stronger customer relationship.
The flow is the execution. The customer decision comes first.
A signup, an abandoned checkout and a first order need different conversations. We build the logic, message and timing around the moment, then use the response to improve the next interaction.
A clean foundation
Review the Shopify integration, events, profile data, consent and sending setup. Reliable journeys start with reliable inputs and a clear view of who can receive each channel.
Flows with a commercial job
Welcome, browse and cart recovery, post-purchase, winback and replenishment where relevant. Each sequence answers a buying question and has clear entry, exit and suppression logic.
Campaigns worth opening
Connect launches, product stories, customer proof and offers to the calendar. Plan and build campaigns with a distinct purpose, rather than filling the inbox to meet a quota.
Segmentation that changes the message
Use behaviour, purchase history, market and RFM to make the communication more relevant. Test signup forms, the first-order offer, message timing and the next reason to buy.
Open the flows. Follow the thinking.
Explore the Welcome, Cart & Checkout and Thank You canvases. Drag to move, zoom in and open a message. The sequences combine product education, reviews, brand stories and SMS where permission allows. Purchase, channel permission and offer eligibility shape the path.
Welcome is more than a discount
Introduce the brand, show how the product is made, bring in customer reviews and put the pieces on the streets. Give a new subscriber several good reasons to choose the first order.
Recover the cart with context
Separate customers who have already used the first-order offer from those who remain eligible. Bring the relevant reminder into the recovery sequence, instead of sending the same incentive to everyone.
The first order starts the next journey
Thank the customer, help them enjoy the product, request feedback at the right time and introduce the next relevant purchase. Repeat business is designed across the experience.
Cold Culture. Turn drop participation into an owned relationship.
We built a branded collection-page game for Cold Culture with rankings, email capture and a connection to Klaviyo flows. The experience gave the community a reason to participate before the release, then carried that attention into a channel the brand could keep developing.
Do you manage both Klaviyo email and SMS?
Yes. We plan the channel mix around the customer moment, the available market capabilities and the permissions on the profile. Email and SMS have distinct consent and messaging requirements; the journey needs to respect both.
Which Klaviyo flows do you build?
Core journeys include Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Cart & Checkout Recovery, Thank You and post-purchase, Winback and other lifecycle moments that fit the product. We prioritise around the customer journey and the commercial opportunity.
Can cart recovery account for the first-order discount?
Yes. We can use purchase and offer data to separate customers who have used an offer from those still eligible. The recovery messages, exclusions and final reminder follow that eligibility rather than repeating the same incentive for every profile.
Do you also create campaigns and signup forms?
Yes. We manage campaign planning, copy, design and execution, alongside signup form testing, audience growth and segmentation. Drops, launches and the wider brand calendar help determine what the customer should receive next.
How do you measure lifecycle performance?
We review delivery and engagement alongside purchase behaviour, repeat orders, customer segments and business context. Platform attribution is a useful view, while controlled tests and the wider commercial picture help judge what is genuinely incremental.
