International Expansion: US, Germany & The Netherlands
TATTOOX wasn’t properly monetizing international demand.
We launched and scaled new markets including:

- Germany
- The Netherlands
Localized creatives. Localized messaging. Same core acquisition framework.
Scaling high-ticket education across markets requires more than translation. It requires cultural positioning. We built that.
Launching the TATTOOX E-commerce
Beyond the Academy, TATTOOX also provides professional tattoo kits — machines, inks, and equipment under their own brand.
We identified an opportunity: launch a dedicated Shopify e-commerce to serve:
- Former students needing restock.
- Professional tattoo artists frustrated with outdated supply stores.
We built the store from scratch with a fully customized design and strong CRO structure.
Even with limited stock and minimal paid budget (due to tight product margins), we scaled it to around €30,000 in revenue by month three.
Later, strategically, the focus shifted toward prioritizing Academy students due to inventory constraints. But the infrastructure, UX, and conversion system remain ready to scale whenever margin and stock allow.

Most agencies are comfortable with low-ticket DTC brands.
Cheap AOV. Easy attribution. Simple scaling logic.
