From legacy code to a storefront built for growth
We rebuilt Yuxus’ Shopify foundation, redesigned product discovery and connected content, community and stores. A stronger technical base. A much better way to shop.

The brand had momentum. The code was holding it back
We joined Yuxus in March 2026. The product, identity and community were already there. Years of legacy code had left the storefront slow, difficult to evolve and full of friction. Adding another layer would not solve it.
We rebuilt the foundation, reworked the design and kept improving the details that decide whether someone keeps browsing or leaves. Performance and brand expression had to move together.
// Active collection first

data.slice(0, INITIAL_LOAD), true
);
// Remaining products in idle time

);Native Shopify sections. Deferred work. Media loaded when it is needed.
More product. Less effort to find it
The homepage has a clear job: show the range and get people exploring. Switchable grids bring New in, Best sellers and key categories into the same page. We built the interaction around lean rendering and on-demand media, so a richer catalogue does not mean loading everything upfront.
A collection with its own point of view
FW26 brings campaign imagery, editorial pacing and product discovery together. We developed the collection experience to tell the story of the drop while keeping the next product within reach. The collection does more than list what is in stock.
Built around the next decision
A product page should answer questions, build confidence and make the next addition feel obvious. We connected product, styling and physical availability in one journey.
Online discovery. In-store confidence
See whether a piece is available online or at a nearby Yuxus store, then open the store details and directions. Real availability turns the product page into a bridge to the physical network.
One piece becomes a full look
Complete the Look puts relevant pieces next to the product being considered. The styling does the work: customers can see how it fits together, explore the pieces and increase cart value without starting a new search.
The right content for the right product
The shoppable photo and video gallery prioritises content tagged with the product being viewed. Open a look, choose sizes and shop its pieces from the same view. Social proof becomes part of the buying experience.
A smarter cart. A better size decision.
Our custom cart detects when the same product has been added in different sizes. It brings the size guide and the choice together: keep one size or keep both. Less guesswork, with the customer in control.
Let the community choose the next stop
For the pop-up tour, we built an interactive map with city voting, live rankings and upcoming dates. People tell Yuxus where they want the brand to go and leave their email in the process. A community moment becomes a useful signal for the next physical move.
A brand story worth scrolling through
The About Us page uses opposing scroll directions, photography and editorial composition to tell the story of Yuxus. We developed the motion around the content, with a dedicated mobile layout. Brand depth belongs in ecommerce too.
Give the next visit a reason
Points, tiers and exclusive rewards bring the loyalty programme into the brand experience. Customers can understand what they earn and what comes next, while the programme gives Yuxus another way to keep the relationship going.
A global brand needs local product discovery
Yuxus also uses Geosort, our Shopify merchandising app. Collections can prioritise what sells in each market, so a global catalogue is not forced into one universal order. Better relevance, built into the same storefront.

Early movement in the right direction
Comparing the last full month before we joined with April, human-session conversion rate and add-to-cart rate were higher, while bounce rate was lower. A stronger shopping journey, measured beyond the design.

Make the code work as hard as the brand
We build Shopify experiences that connect performance, product discovery and brand identity. Then we keep making them better.
